Chapter 72: I Prepare For Battle On My Knees

Hey Everyone;

It's a new day - a new life - and I'm feeling good! Despite the pain I'm in since I had my tooth pulled last week (it's still healing) I'm doing awesome now. :)
Okay, I'm only here for a second but I have to post the lyrics to this BEAUTIFUL SONG! It's called 'I Prepare For Battle On My Knees' sung by the Crabb Family. Rudy sent me the song via MSN a few weeks back and I have listened to it a few times but now it's growing on me. The more I think of it - I live by this song. If we want to get through ANY battle, we HAVE to get on our knees first. I find such comfort in this song and I think you will too. Anyways, that's all I had to say at the moment. Other then this, I'm working on a mini 'sermon' if you wish to call it that, it's rather a 'personal devotion' but once it's done I'll post it. So far it's been helping me at this point in my life!

Enjoy the lyrics:

What an honor to be called a "Soldier of the Cross
An army that has never turned back
And never suffered loss
Our weapons are not carnal, our strong
hold you can't see
This army becomes mighty by time spent on our knees.

I'm not ashamed for you to see
This soldier on his knees
You might even see a tear or hear a humble plea
Some may call it weakness
Some may question my strength
Oh, but you must see this power's not of me
I prepare for battle on my knees

I've watched mothers pray for children
So lost and full of sin
And I've seen those same prayers answer
As the spirit brought them in
And I have watched old Satan
Like a dark cloud hanging o'er
But with a little talk with Jesus
The clouds were there no more

I'm not ashamed for you to see
This soldier on his knees
You might even see a tear or hear a humble plea
Some may call it weakness
Some may question my strength
Oh, but you must see this power's not of me
I prepare for battle on my knees

I prepare for battle on my knees
On my knees

Yup! Just beautiful!

Keep It
Peace
Prayers
Joshua
